Steadfast PT & Wellness operates as a cash-based, out-of-network provider. After each skilled PT session, you will receive a detailed superbill — an itemized receipt with all required diagnostic and procedure codes — that you may submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many patients with PPO or out-of-network benefits receive partial or full reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurer in advance to confirm your out-of-network physical therapy benefits.
